CoreHealth International is the division of Core Career Strategies Inc. that focuses on searches for Health Care Professionals, both Clinical and Academic. Building on the expertise of the founders of the Core Group, CHI has a demonstrated history of successful completion of assignments in a timely manner.

While we continue to work with larger academic centres, many of our clients are smaller rural communities having difficulty attracting healthcare professionals. We assist in building the organization’s profile in a way that will appeal to and attract new people in all aspects of the healthcare filed. We partner with existing recruiting efforts in a strong and winning relationship. The ‘ideal candidate’ profile is developed as well to lead to a match and a long lasting relationship with the new community they will come to call “Home”.

Finally efforts are made to build a community profile as we ensure the fit of the entire family. This effort is made on three levels; for the professional in their new capacity, the spouse perhaps seeking to transfer employment and the rest of the family with varying and often unique needs in order to be able to feel at home. All of this is done with the goal of presenting the new community in its best possible light and making ‘a match’ for the entire family.
