CorePersonnel is a contingency based search division that specializes in recruiting for a wide range of corporate clients throughout Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia.

The process commences with a comprehensive interview with the client and the determination of specific needs. Suitable candidates are then identified primarily through targeted industry research and from our extensive data base. Pre-approved advertising in appropriate publications may also be undertaken.

Qualified candidates are thoroughly appraised and a short list of candidates is presented to the client for interview. Employment references are thoroughly checked prior to an offer of employment being presented.

Fees for this service are an agreed upon percentage of the successful candidate’s annual compensation plus out-of-pocket expenses and are payable upon the successful placement of a candidate.
